When you follow what’s in your heart, some may be unhappy with you. They may not understand. You may fall out of their favor. You may even lose friends.

But at some point God will ask you to get out of the boat. What would you do? Please man or please God?

I may have to displease a few people so do I don’t displease God. The easy thing is to play it safe. But be strong and follow what God has put in your heart.

You were never created to live depressed, defeated, guilty, condemned, ashamed, or unworthy. You were created to rule, to reign, to be victorious.

“Yes, I made mistakes. It was my fault. But I know the moment I ask forgiveness, God will forgive me and forget my mistakes so I can move ahead.”

You are anointed to be you. When you let people squeeze you into their mold and you bow to pressure by trying to please all the critics, you lose your identity and uniqueness. It lessens God’s favor.

I will not settle where I am. I was made for more. I’m a child of the Most High God. I have seeds of greatness on the inside. So I am rising up to be the best I can be right here, knowing God will take me where im supposed to go.

When your strength is under control, when you developed your character, you realize “I’m bigger than this, I will not let them pull me down. I have places to go, goals to accomplish, dreams to realize.”

Changing your heart, activating your faith, and developing your confidence in God’s word and character.
